St John’s Ambulance Kenya First Responders brave gun shots to recue wounded at Westgate Mall

The St John’s Ambulance Kenya and other medics braved gunshots to rescue wounded at Westgate Mall. They reported seeing bodies on upper floors of Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya.

Casualties being taken to Aga Khan and MP Shah Hospital. Appeal for blood donations.
