Hon Mugabe Were, MP for Embakasi and a member of ODM has been assassinated outside his home in the Woodley Estate area of Nairobi, Kenya.
His death has sparked riots in various areas of Nairobi. The Nation’s Kenya Today section has some background information. His death was also reported on the BBC News and international media. End
