Raila Odinga continues to hold the lead in the Kenya Presidential Election based on latest statistics by the Nation Media Group Election team based on 1, 288, 932 votes cast.

Raila Odinga – 914, 681 votes – 59.3 %
Mwai Kibaki – 597, 936 votes – 38.8%
Kalonzo Musyoka – 25, 554 votes – 1.7%

Raila Odinga leads in Rift Valley, Western, Coast and Nyanza
Mwai Kibaki leads in Nairobi, Central and Eastern Province

Raila Odinga continues to hold the lead in the Kenya Election based on latest statistics by the Nation Media Group Election team based on 1, 288, 932 votes cast.

Raila Odinga – 808, 794 votes – 62.6 %
Mwai Kibaki – 460, 000 votes – 35.6%
Kalonzo Musyoka – 20, 0048 votes – 1.6%

Raila Odinga leads in Rift Valley, Western, Coast and Nyanza
Mwai Kibaki leads in Nairobi, Central and Eastern Province

Kenya Elections Study Group Analysis:
No late swing towards Kalonzo Musyoka as predicted by some commentators.
Raila Odinga has 25% of votes in 5 Provinces.
Mwai Kibaki needs to achieve 25% of votes in 5 Provinces.

Raila Odinga continues to hold the lead in the Kenya Election based on latest statistics by the Nation Media Group Election team based on 240, 103 votes cast.

At I am GMT the position was:

Raila Odinga – 54.6%
Kibaki – 42.4 %
Musyoka – 2.6%

The picture had changed when analysing the provinces –

Kibaki has a slender lead in Nairobi (Raila was in the lead at 22.35 GMT), he has taken Central, continues to lead in Eastern,

Raila has a massive lead in Nyanza, Rift Valley, Western and the Coast.
