Kenya's president awaits election vote - Mike Pflanz, Nairobi

A litany of failed promises has left Kenyans apparently ready to vote out their president just five years after he won a landslide pledging sweeping changes.
If the ailing Mwai Kibaki is beaten, it will be the first time in the history of East Africa that any sitting president has lost an election.
