Kenyans and UK Friends to Hold Peaceful Demonstration In London - 19.40 GMT |

We have received reports that a peaceful demonstration calling to the end to violence in Kenya and issues concerning the recently concluded 2007 General Elections will take place in London on 1 January 2008.
The demonstration is being organised by Kenyans and UK citizens who have a great burden for the country.
People will converge at Embankment Station (opposite House of Commons) at 12 noon. The procession will then proceed to No 10 Downing Street to present a note of concern.
