Raila: ODM flexible at talks that “his party was willing to climb down on its demand that President Kibaki resigns.” Fred Mukinda reports on the arrest of the police officer who killed two Kisumu protesters, Mr George William Onyango and Mr Ishmael Chacha. The shooting which was captured on film appalled people around the world.
